My Coaching Philosophy:
My goal is to improve each and every individual player, instill in him the love of the game of football, and achieve our goals as a team. The Charger Creed - every play, every down, every practice and every game we play like Champions.
About Jody:
I offered to assistant Coach Dunnick when Jake was playing 1st grade Flag Football. I enjoyed seeing these kids learn and develop throughout the year that I continued assisting in whatever sport Jake was playing, basketball, baseball and football. I have coached numerous rec league teams in all 3 sports and have had a Fieldhouse basketball team for the past 2 years as well. My philosophy has always been the same, improve each individual player in the team concept while underlining the fundamentals of each sport, they never change. I always encourage my players to tryout for travel teams, school teams or anything else that will move them forward in their sport of choice.
I have been married to Amy for 18 years next week. Jake's sister Hannah, is a competitive gymnast at Deveau's, level 8, and is just 1 year older than Jake. I have been in Medical sales for 15 years and just recently started with a Chicago based company, Advacare Systems. We have lived in Fishers since we were married and have a yellow lab named Daisy.
